At school
Wow, Its been a while since I posted last. I forgot all about having a blog. A lot has happened since my last post. I counseled at camp, I moved to Salem, Im in school, and Tony and I are dating! Woo hoo!
School has been going for over 6 weeks and we are about half way through the first semester. I dont have a whole lot of homework, and so far Im keeping on top of it. Although I did get a paper back from my writing class and I made a few comma errors. So that cost me a lot of points. BUT, the good thing is, he is giving me another chance. I have to turn it in on Thursday. A lot has happened at school. As I said in a previous post, I said I would be homesick after a few weeks of being here. And boy is that true. Really, im mostly missing Tony. But I get to go home on the 21st. Thats in 10 days!! Im so excited! This is going to be a really long 10 days. Im also missing the kids at the daycare. I have a bunch of pictures of them and I realize just how much I loved working with them. Being able to play with them and teach them. Expecially the hugs, I really miss my hugs from my kids.
Oh! Hey! let me tell you about my room mate. Her name is Emily and she is awesome. but she and I are complete opposites. She loves PURPLE! and has purple everywhere, whereas I have more neutral, dark tones in the things i have. Her bed is PURPLE, mine is a dark red and brown quilt. She has pictures of her and her boyfriend everywhere, I have one picture. But she and I get along famously. Weve made cookies together and done other things. And surprisingly, our room is still clean. I know, i know, your very impressed that college students could keep a room clean for more than 2 weeks. Well, BE AMAZED! be very amazed.
Im sure there are a lot more things for me to say but thats all I can think of right now. Ill be back with more.
